One of Crystal Lord’s favourite films is MGM’s classic “Wizard of Oz” (1939), which explains the name of her fashion store, Yela Brick. Inspired by this film, she will use elements of it for her space at the Art of Elegance Fair in February, 2012, — updates on this will come later. Yela Brick has a wide range of designer vintage styles, a speciality is “re-jeanerated” denim, which brings out the creative recycle lover in any of us. True to the name, denim clothing has been upcycled to have a new life, and this fashion is trending strongly. Added to this mix of denim in many styles and types, — including glamour –, is a great selection of accessories, bags, shoes, and jewellery. Choose from unique vintage dresses, pants and jackets, — this store has a distinctly directional fashion feel with many trend looks – and you’ll find the country cow-girl style has never looked so good. Crystal is creative, and it shows. Don’t miss her space at the Fair, and visit her store in Castlemaine, details as follows…
