Motown Glamour – Corridor Art Gallery – Talbot, Victoria

Posted on October 23, 2012

Corridor Art Gallery is upstairs on Scandinavian Crescent in Talbot, Victoria but that doesn’t stop it from being a popular place to visit, especially on Market days once a month.  It gets busy and is just like a treasure attic with everything you could possibly want to try and buy.  There are even ” junk jewellery” pieces for use in handmade projects, upcycling, and adding to existing garments to make them originals in your wardrobe.  Everything is vintage of various eras and it’s a lot of fun to hunt and gather among these finds.  Rose Hardress returns to the Spring Art of Elegance Fair with a new theme to her vintage trading space, based on the glitz and glamour of the Motown era.  At her centre trading space in the Maryborough Anglican Hall look for her interesting take on the overall Fair themes, sure to be amazing and original!   Watch out for more updates.  Vintage items make perfect gifts, especially with the festive season coming, for those who have everything and just need that extra special piece with a story attached to it…see you at the Fair.
