It was definitely country style at Maldon Progress Hall, for Art of Elegance Fair “Tea, Cake & Home”, on Sunday October 26th!  A lovely meet up for vintage fans who enjoyed food and fine fare from Lizzie’s Larder, Corridor Gallery, Estusa Lifestyle & DesignYour Mantra Maryborough, Medjool Gourmet Foods & Vintage, Emma’s Tea Leaf Readings, Mandy & Emma’s Bakes, Natural Health & Well Being, Tea Blossoms, and Nerada Tea samples.  The urn was on all day, and everyone loved picking and choosing from ten varieties of tea from Australian’s own tea plantation, all delicious, and we really want to thank Kay from Nerada once again for their generosity.  We know people will turn to Nerada for their tea choices now, best quality and smoothest fresh flavour on such a warm day!  Tiffany Titshall Design handmade decorations and banner looked gorgeous once again in this setting for the Fair style.  Coinciding with the Fair date was a decision by Foxtel to partner with Channel Seven and resurrect the previously axed hit Australian made 1950’s era TV series, “A Place to Call Home“, attracting fans to one of 16 national previously planned picnic sites on the one day, only receiving official confirmation of the deal the day before.  See for further picnic details, and other information, as this four month group campaign was instrumental in getting the show back on air, with a full retention of the existing cast members, who are all thrilled.  Look for updates online, and via news sites.  Above are pictures of fans who arrived to enjoy the day, joining members from the site which has over 3,500 global members on Facebook.  A lot happening everywhere at the moment it seems!  Stay tuned for updates on social media for next events, on Facebook, please add your like to follow our page.  Link to Instagram also appears on the blog sidebar, follow us there, or simply add your email to the follow this blog button to receive updates as we head into the festive season!  Thank you once again to the Advertiser for advance publicity, and Tarrangower Times for covering the Fair in Maldon on the day!  A big thank you to everyone; patrons, family and friends, who attended and supported fair traders, too.
