Maldon Progress Hall in Francis Street, Maldon, in walking distance of the main attraction, is the ideal historic location, with something for everyone.   Wicked Temptations of High Street Maldon will run seated Devonshire Tea (Yarra Valley Jam, Full Cream, Fresh Scones) in the “Tea Room” adjacent the Hall 2 – 6 pm, and serve canapes and hors d’oeuvres 6 – 8 pm, along with other fare.  Bookings can be made on the details below, making it easier, but are not essential.  Shopping traders will style their spaces in the main hall as department store spaces with themes, promising unique art and vintage items.   Chocolade of Maldon will serve their Chaperon Wines, with luxurious handmade chocolates range available.  Truly Madly Deeply fabulous vintage trio led by Paris Payne on vocals will entertain on the hall stage from 6.30 – 8.30 pm, for evening glamour while shopping.  Among the traders taking part are some well known fair favourites, such as Corridor Gallery, Valma Vintage, Wear J’a Get That?, as well as Butterfly Boutique, Barry Govan, Mills Road, Mewburn Designs, Vintage Etc., and more.  Keep up to date with this blog for further updates for June 2014 in the winter season.  Summer is the perfect time for enjoying the historic setting of Maldon where there will be many attractions!  Accommodation is available in the region, check their sites for more information.
